TOER is a Wisconsin native who was the Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas Discovery Project winner this past year. “Flexin” is his first original dubstep production, which you would not be able to tell just by listening to this bass laden tune. Ross Comer has received support from guys like deadmau5, Andy C, Paris & Simo, and Popeska. That’s not a bad list considering where’s he’s come from the past couple of years.
