Croatia Squad – Touch Me EP (Original Mix)
Croatia Squad’s newest EP called “Touch Me” uses a few old school sound bites from some well known songs that a lot us may have grown up listening to in the early 2000’s. It’s interesting to note that despite the name Croatia Squad, Alejandro Torres is the lone member…and he’s from Switzerland. He chose the name due to the time he spent in Croatia as a resident DJ, where he says he spent the best time of his life.
Consisting of “Touch Me”, “Drop That Skirt”, and “Milking”, the nu-disco tracks from Enormous Tunes are full of deep basslines and melodic beats. “Drop That Skirt” features a few lines from one of Will Smith’s best known songs in “Freakin’ It”. “Milking” has some of the lyrics from “Milkshake” by Kelis intertwined in it, another throwback song that should be familiar to many people.
