ATICA – Go Back (Original Mix)
The fourth release from Tchami’s new record label Confession is ATICA’s “Go Back”. The song follows suite in the future house style, but takes a more minimal approach than usual. The Los Angeles based duo of Pablo de Rosacruz and Ruslan Slatin have only been together for a couple years, yet their productions skills are nothing to look past. The driving kicks and whirly synths give the tune the ability to be played almost anywhere.
What really surprised me was the trap break down about 80% into the song. It’s a pretty cool mix up to do in the other wise steady and upbeat track. Previous support for ATICA have come from the likes of Martin Garrix, Diplo, Sander Van Doorn, Tchami, Tommy Trash, Don Diablo, Dyro, MAKJ, Sidney Samson, and Tommie Sunshine.
