Volac – Grow Up EP
Last Friday saw the release of Volac’s EP “Grow Up” from Night Bass Records. The two Russian producers get you down and dirty with the sounds of g-house, throwing in plenty of bass and stuttering percussion work. “”Grow Up” and “Miami Party” are dark, bass-heavy g-house stompers while “The Race” gets a bit more wobbly with the bass and adds some shuffle to the drum patterns.”
Stas and Sasha’s previous work has been supported by Destructo, Sharam Jey, Peter Luts, Hunter Siegel, Franky Rizardo, Tocadisco, Amine Edge, Malaa, Michael Woods, Yolanda Be Cool. With a list like that’s it’s only a matter of time before you start hearing tracks from “Grow Up” in sets and radio shows.
