deadmau5 – The Veldt ft. Chris James (Original Mix)
deadmau5 has just recently came out with a new song entitled “The Veldt”. It has a really chill vibe that goes with it kind of like Porter Robinson’s “Language”, but softer and with some meaningful lyrics. The vocals were sung by Chris James, who’s from Long Beach, just a scenic drive (?) away from Orange County. There’s also an interesting story as to how he came to collaborate with deadmau5 on this song. During one of deadmau5’s live streams, he said he was sort of messing around and came up with this beat. Chris James sent him the vocals on top of the track from Twitter and the two came together to put “The Veldt” in to full swing.
