EDC 2013 Dates and Tickets! [Official Announcement Video]

The dates have been (tentatively now it’s official!) set for Electric Daisy Carnival 2013 in Las Vegas! Although there has been no official word from Insomniac or head honcho Pasquale Rotella, the Las Vegas Review Journal is reporting that the festival will take place June 21, 22, and 23. The date is about two weeks later than last years in order to avoid the wind that shut down the second day of the event.

A big cause of concern for the city of Las Vegas, Insomniac, and the attendees was the traffic fiasco that resulted in waiting for hours to get to and from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The organizers of the event are coming up with a fan/artists route that will also allows shuttles, buses, and taxis to come through.

And now to the part you’ve been waiting for. A limited presale of the three day general admission ticket will be $199 (plus service fees I assume) and VIP tickets will be $450 (plus service fees again) at next weeks sale. A layaway option will be available for a price of $259 (not available for the $199 price) and will also be available for the VIP option. Both presale tickets will be available Wednesday, November 7 at noon PST. Tickets will officially go on sale January 9 with a price still to be determined.
