Daniel Portman – Galvanized EP

Minimal master Daniel Portman has recently come out with his new “Galvanized EP”, a two track set. The Swiss resident’s EP was put out on Unreleased Digital, a label that is also based in his home country of Zurich, Switzerland. I first got hooked on Portman a while back with his “Something In The Air” and “You’re Not Alone” which made me want to find more of his minimal sound. The press release for “Galvanized” states that it’s in a “more uplifting direction but still offering the typical drops Daniel is known and loved for.” The second tune is called “Beverly Hills” and “convinces with hard knocking drops, minimalistic pluck sound melodies and epic breakdowns with familiar melody textures that for sure will make every crowd go nuts.”
