Electric Mantis – Gymnopedie + POS (Beat) [Free Download]

Electric Mantis is a name you definitely want to keep on the look out for as we go in to the new year. About a month ago, I posted about his amazing track “Flips And Flops, Drips And Drops” that seemingly blew up in a matter of days, first starting out on reddit, then Soundcloud, before exploding around the blogosphere. I’m very excited to see what this exposure will bring around for Electric Mantis.

This time around, the Portland resident released a track titled “Gymnopedie + POS (Beat)”, another future garage type of song that I’m starting to really like. The 136 BPM tune has a hard bass line, but is still pretty chill and gives off a very relaxing vibe. The laid back tone and future beat style of Wyatt Pearson should propel him into having a huge 2014.
