Paul Denton and Project 8 combine their unique trance production skills to create “Decipher” for “Bursting Out Volume 2”, a four track EP from Outburst Records. Denton and Project 8, also known as Shane Kinsella, are both from Dublin, Ireland who put an upbeat and energetic tune together for Mark Sherry’s record label.
