Some people in the hashtag universe might call today Flashback Friday, and in Savoy’s case, the guys decide to throw it all the way back to 1997 with their new track titled “Teknotize”, which you can download for free. The tune samples lyrics from The Notorious B.I.G.’s iconic “Hypnotize“, which is from his album Life After Death. Gray Smith, Ben Eberdt, and Mike Kelly give the song an underground techno vibe that reminds me a bit of something that Boys Noize would do. The Colorado natives and Brooklyn based trio are known for their crazy laser light shows at their events, so just imagine what could go on once this song is played.
