The Glitch Mob just put their bass heavy twist on Metallica’s 2014 single “Lords Of Summer”. The song is available as a free download in support of the Los Angeles based trio upcoming perfromance at the X Games in Austin, Texas on June 4th – 7th, alongside Metallica. The remix by edIT (Edward Ma), Boreta (Justin Boreta) and Ooah (Josh Mayer) also has the distinction of being chosen as the official anthem for the X Games. The tune features and infusion of both rock and electronic elements, with grinding synths, heavy percussion, and the iconic voice of lead singer James Hetfield.
