With JOYRYDE, it’s starting to become a given that you will definitely get the best of both worlds. Being described as a mix of UK Garage/House with US Trap/Bass, his latest tune “Speed Trap” is just that. I’ve been going through his Soundcloud and even though there aren’t a tone of songs, there are some heavy hitters produced by Jonney, who first started in the Lets Be Friends duo.
“Flo” and “Mercy” were two of the first tracks to catch my attention right off the bat. His “Cruise Control Mixtape” is also a perfect set to listen to on a long car ride. Most of his songs are available for free download from his website here. JOYRYDE has been supported by Tchami, Knife Party, Ghastly, Mighty Fools, and Eptic.
