Stase – Into the Light (Original Mix)

A familiar song throughout many sets the past few months has been Stase’s summer anthem “Into The Light”. The progressive house track has been heard in mixes from Stafford Brothers, Matisse & Sadko, Promise Land, Tommy Trash, Third Party, Arno Cost, and Danny Avila. But wait, there’s more! W&W, Max Vangeli, Deniz Koyu, Hardwell, Steve Angello, Tom Staar, and Kryder are some other big name DJs who have played the track in their sets.

I couldn’t find much information on the mysterious Stase. It seems to be the artist’s first release on Staar Trax, the London based label of Tom Staar. From what I can gather, he/she’s either relatively new. There’s only one other song on the Soundcloud (a remix of OneRepublic’s “All The Right Moves“), has only had a Twitter account since the beginning of July, and a Facebook page with sparse details.

Whatever the case may be, if more songs like the uplifting and melodic “Into The Light” are in the pipeline for Stase, I can’t wait!
