Faithless – Insomnia (Fedde Le Grand Remix)

When you take on a legendary track such as Faithless’ “Insomnia”, you better do it right. Fedde Le Grand releases his version of the classic 1996 tune, giving it a simple remake while still staying true to the original. It’s pretty much a given that the iconic vocals should be left alone, but what the Dutch producer does to the rest of the track is what makes it unique.

An interesting item to note is that, if 1001tracklists.com is correct, Fedde first played this remix back in 2011 at Encore Beach Club in Las Vegas. So far, the song has been played by Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, W&W, Nicky Romero, Dannic, Mark Knight, and Blinders, amongst others.
