Truth Be Told – Hypa EP (Inc. Max Chapman & No Artificial Colours Remixes)

The last time I wrote about the duo of Truth Be Told from Liverpool was for their tech house track “Sonnen“. Bruce Stein and Tony Lamb keep the good vibes rolling in their new “Hypa EP”, which also includes remixes of the title song by Max Chapman and No Artificial Colours. The second tune in the EP is “Imaged”, my personal favorite of the set. The four track package was released by Chapman’s London based Resonance Records.

“Hypa” is another solid tech house tune from the guys, while “Imaged” is a bit darker with some mystery wrapped around it. Chapman’s remix of “Hypa” has the perfect upbeat, yet underground feel going for it. No Artificial Colours, also known as Lewis Wright and Ryan Ellis, has a slick, bouncing beat that’ll make your head nod right away.
