Federico Scavo – The Drums (Original Mix)

After remixing MHE’s “The Thrill Is Gone” in August, Federico Scavo is back with an original mix titled “The Drums”. The Italian producer has released the track from his own record label, Area 94 Records. On a side note, he’s also done one of my favorite remixes ever in “Lady” by Richard Grey, which you should definitely check out.

This new song is a bit darker but still carries the same amount of grooviness. The opening combination of hi-hats and drums soon give way to a steady bassline and distorted vocals. In the past, Scavo has been supported by Kaskade, Michael Woods, Fedde Le Grand, Deniz Koyu, Prok & Fitch, My Digital Enemy, Robbie Rivera, and Tocadisco.
