Garmr Wall is about as mysterious as you can get. Nothing from his/her/their Facebook, Twitter, or Soundcloud in a year, then all of a sudden there’s a new release by the artist. “Victory” was released by Free The Pandas, an imprint of Deorro’s Panda Funk Records. The track has some heavy bass and trumpets that serve as a signal to get ready for a monstrous drop. There’s also a bit of drum and bass and trap influences in it as well.
