Notaker – Shimmer (Original Mix)
Earlier today, Notaker’s ethereal track “Shimmer” was released through Monstercat. The cascading synths and atmospheric melodies remind me of something that Porter Robinson would produce, which is high praise for this talented young artist. The second drop is what convinced me though, with the subtle guitar chords leading into a striking and vibrant break.
David Nothaker’s first song from the Canadian imprint titled “Infinite” was back in April of 2016 (which has over 3 million plays on Spotify), and with this release already so highly regarded by fans, I can definitely see more of his tracks being put out by the label.
