Armed with a modular synthesizer and giving his latest track menacing basslines and laser sound effects, Buku has released “Control” as a free download. Though the tune is dark and mysterious in nature, Robert Balotsky’s inspiration for the song came from the sunny outdoors. “I actually was doing yard work one day, and the idea for the main drop popped into my head. I ran inside and wrote down a few notes, and it was the first time I’ve ever adhered 100% to the pre-production plan.”
