Subscape – Mallet / Ease The Pain EP
After a long absence of three years, Subscape is back with a whole slew of tracks set to be released. The first two to be put out from the United Kingdom based artist are “Mallet” and “Ease The Pain”, songs that were originally finished around 2014 for an album, but were tweaked and refined before the official release last month. The last tune to be released by Anthony Peters before his extended break was “I Would Have Loved You” through Caspa’s Dub Police record label.
The two new tracks were released through Sub Soldiers, and are the first non Caspa or Rusko tunes to be put out through the London based imprint. “Mallet” was the first song to catch my attention when Caspa played it during his guest mix on Night Owl Radio 117 a few weeks ago.
