Minnesota – Dark Crystal (Original Mix) [Free Download]

For all the years I’ve been a fan of Minnesota, it’s a shame I’ve never posted a track of his on the site. That all changes today with the release of his new single “Dark Crystal”. Now that we have a primer on Minnesota, it’s time to listen to “Dark Crystal”, which was released through Liquid Stranger’s Wakaan record label. Although hailing from Minneapolis (hence the name), the Berkeley resident has become know for his West Coast bass sound that combines the best of dubstep and hip hop. A slow trap intro soon gives way to a massive dubstep drop, with a drum and bass drop up next with tight percussion.
