Sied van Riel’s “Hold Me Close” with Natalie Gioia was released late last month on John O’Callaghan’s label Subculture. The dark trance tune features the Ukrainian singer/songwriter’s emotive vocals with a punching bass and sharp riffs. The Dutch producer’s remix of “Traffic” by Tiesto has always stuck out for me, while Gioia’s angelic voice came on to my radar due to her collaboration with Alex M.O.P.R.H. in “Dreams“.
