Seven Lions & Crystal Skies – Sojourn (Original Mix)
Near the beginning of 2019, Seven Lions impressed me with his first remix of the year in taking on “Sahara Love” by Above & Beyond featuring Zoë Johnston. Crystal Skies also caught my attention in February with “Never Change” featuring Gallie Fisher. Seven Lions and Crystal Skies now team up for the first time on “Sojourn”, out now on Ophelia Records.
Those who saw Seven Lions on his The Journey 2 tour last fall (with MitiS, Jason Ross, and Au5) will remember the tune as the opening track to his sets. The powerful song from Santa Barbara native/Seattle resident Jeff Montalvo with Louisiana native Britian Holcomb and Aaron Dawson of Philadelphia gives us an adrenaline rush of melodic bass, dubstep, and psytrance.
