i_o – Death by Techno EP

i_o demonstrates his production versatility with his new EP called “Death by Techno”. The mau5trap release features two tracks in “Death by Techno” and “No Sleep”. After taking a listen to both songs, you can hear why Garrett Lockhart has been a favorite on deadmau5’s label since his start in late 2017.

The industrial sounding title track features relentless kicks, booming basslines, and steady snare/hi-hat combo. The melodic B-side uses soulful vocals with groovy basslines that are ready to dance to. It’s easy to see why the Virginia native/Los Angeles resident impressed at his Ultra Music Festival debut in Miami in March and will have fans moving and grooving during his set at EDC Las Vegas next weekend.
