Ace Ventura, Captain Hook, & Emok – June 15 (Exchange, Los Angeles)
Psytrance titans Ace Ventura, Captain Hook, and Emok will be playing at Exchange LA tonight, presented by Dreamstate. Israeli artists Yoni Oshrat and Reshef Harari join Denmark native Mikael Dahlgaard for a journey through the night of psychedelic beats. San Francisco based Khromata will be opening up the night as well.
About a year ago this month, Ace Ventura released his compilation album “Psychedelic Awakening“, featuring tracks from Astrix, Outsiders and Vertical Mode, Module Virus, GLO, Symbolic and WAIO, and more. Captain Hook’s latest album “Origin” sees him “re-inventing his sound yet again, going back to his origins and blending modern and vintage approaches of creating and producing trance music.” Iboga Records label head Emok released a 43 song compilation album in 2017 called “Hologram” that featured tunes by the likes of Vini Vici, Liquid Soul, GMS, Ticon, Mr. What?, and MVMB.
Tickets for the 21+ event are $20 and VIP tickets at $90, with doors opening at 10:00pm.
