CID – Night Service Only (Original Mix)

On July 13, 2019 by ocedm

Earlier this year, CID announced the start of his weekly radio show Night Service Only Radio on Diplo’s Revolution on SiriusXM. Last month, Carlos Cid revealed “Night Service Only” as his latest track and the name of his new record label, which is a sublabel of Spinnin’ Records. The New York native states that “The main idea behind Night Service Only is to create music for the dance floor. I really want to use the label as a platform to showcase not only my own club tracks, but also music from the next generation of DJs and producers.”

The Grammy award winning producer creates an addicting groove from start to finish as his first solo track of the year. He says that “I chose to name the first release “Night Service Only” not only because it’s the name of the label itself, but because in a way, it is the manifesto for what the label represents. The vocal repeats ‘we listen to music at night’ which is a constant reminder of the kind of music you can expect from my label… music that’s meant to be heard and appreciated in nightclubs and on dance floors.”

The tune has been supported by a number of DJs such as Hardwell, Tiesto, Oliver Heldens, Kryder, Don Diablo, Pete Tong, Martin Garrix, Lucas & Steve, Fedde Le Grand, Mike Williams, Diplo, Yves V, Sagan, Lumberjack, Wax Motif, The Aston Shuffle, and Morgan Page.
