Coming at us with a deep, dark, and brooding tune is Calvin Logue with “Journey”. The Scottish DJ and producer released the track from Spinnin’ Deep, a sublabel of the Netherlands based Spinnin’ Records. Twenty four year old Logue first appeared on my radar last year with his minimal, driving techno tracks “Less Is More” and “Mysteryland“.
As the song title suggests, the artist from Glasgow takes listeners on a journey with the powerful melodies and underground vibes. With previous support from the likes of Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Kölsch, Above & Beyond, Pete Tong, and Bob Sinclar, it’s easy to see why you should keep an eye on Calvin Logue for the future!
