Pigeon Hole – Bugs EP
Pigeon Hole have released their new EP titled “Bugs” on Liquid Stranger’s record label Wakaan. The four track set consists of “Skeleton”, “Bugs”, “Hackles”, and “Worldwide”. Colin McCue and Lee Napthine of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada create an EP with ominous and grinding basslines, wonky and menacing synths, and filthy and heavy beats.
The guys say that “We put a lot of time and work into these songs and are super proud of how they turned out. So strange to have a proper release and not be out there playing them at shows and seeing / experiencing people’s reactions to the music though. Definitely miss sharing that feeling with everyone a lot. Hope you guys like what we put together, hope you’re safe and hope we get to rave together someday soon.”
The Pigeon Hole duo have previously impressed me with tracks like their “Noise Parade” EP, “Wide Eyed“, and their remix of “Dark Crystal” by Minnesota.
