Bassrush x Circus: Cookie Monsta Tribute Stream – November 6 (Livestream)

On Friday October 2, Circus Records announced that dubstep pioneer Cookie Monsta had passed away at the age of 31. Tomorrow night on Friday November 6, Bassrush and Circus Records will be hosting a Cookie Monsta Tribute Stream to raise money for Tony Cook’s son Olly, the Mini Monsta.

The livestream will feature the impressive Cookie Monsta b2b Doctor P b2b FuntCase set from EDC 2016, along with sets from Flux Pavilion and Feed Me, Doctor P b2b Chime, Conrank, and GLD.

Bassrush, under Pasquale Rotella’s Insomniac brand, has had Cookie Monsta on a number of their event lineups, including Bassrush Massive, Bassrush vs Circus, and Project Z. Circus Records, Flux Pavilion and Doctor P’s London based imprint, had been home to many Cookie Monsta tunes over the years, such as “Yow Mamma“, “Come Find Me” with Flux Pavilion, and “Beast Mode“.

Cookie Monsta had also played some local shows in Orange County, including at The Yost Theater and The Observatory, both in Santa Ana.
