Excision & SLANDER – Your Fault ft. Elle Vee (Original Mix)

On November 30, 2020 by ocedm

The long awaited collaboration between Excision and SLANDER titled “Your Fault” featuring Elle Vee is finally out. Canadian artist Jeff Abel and Los Angeles based Derek Andersen and Scott Land bring their signature bass and melodic styles to the tune from Excisions newly formed record label Subsidia. Combine that with Las Vegas based singer and songwriter Lindsay Vinarsky’s mystical and heartfelt vocals and it makes it worth the 10 month wait.

The collaboration has been played by Excision and SLANDER for almost a year now, first premiered during a New Years Eve back to back set between the artists. SLANDER have played the tune at The Headbangers Ball at the Hollywood Palladium, at The Eye at the Shrine Expo Hall, during their Gud Vibrations Presents Virtual Vibes Music Festival, and on Gud Vibrations Radio 195. Excision also dropped the track during his Subsidia Mix 2020 set from the Lost Lands Couch Lands stream.

Excision has been busy the past few months with the launch of his own imprint in Subsidia. Near the end of September, the record label released three compilation albums titled “Dawn“, “Night“, and “Dusk“. 118 tracks were included throughout the three sets, featuring both well known artists and rising producers.

This year, SLANDER have released tunes like “Feeling Gud” with NGHTMRE featuring Matthew Santos, “Better Than Heaven” with Jason Ross featuring JT Roach, and “Hurts Sometimes” with Fairlane featuring Jonathan Mendelsohn.

Elle Vee has previously worked with the likes of MitiS, Craig Connelly, Ken Loi, and Benny Benassi, with her collaborations released on labels like Revealed Recordings, Black Hole Recordings, Be Yourself Music, and Monstercat.
