Andrew Pololos – Until We Dance (Album) + Interview
The debut album from Andrew Pololos called “Until We Dance” has officially been released on Aquarius Records. The set features a number of talented vocalists with deep house/tropical house vibes combined with captivating melodies and irresistible rhythms.
The eight track album from the Montreal based artist includes “Control” featuring JT Soul, “Running” featuring Andria Piperni, “For Today” featuring Piperni, “Lost & Found” featuring Stephen Voyce, “Until We Dance” featuring Damvic, “All For You” featuring Naida, “Dance (Ca Va Bien Aller)”, and “On & On”.
Read on for an interview with Andrew Pololos as he talks about how he would describe his sound in three animals, a dream event for him to play at, and a few artists he’d like to work with!
How’s it going Andrew? Thanks for your time today in answering a few questions. How did you deal with everything that went on in 2020?
I spent my days and nights in my home studio and worked on my production. The silver lining was that I got to make a lot of music.
How would you describe your sound in three animals, and why those animals?
Dolphin, koala, and elephant. Fun, feel good, and powerful.
“Until We Dance”, your debut album from Aquarius Records, was recently released and features a number of collaborations with some talented vocalists. How did you go about the process of finding a singer whose style would fit each track, or were there cases when their vocals came first and your production came after?
I made all the beats first and then found talented songwriters that brought the songs to life!
I read that you have played around the world in places like Australia, the Caribbean, Croatia, Greece, Hong Kong, and Mexico. What has been your most memorable performance so far?
My most memorable performances have been playing in my home city of Montreal surrounded by my closest friends and family.
What event and/or country that you haven’t played in yet would you most like to?
My absolute dream is to play a major festival like Tomorrowland in Belgium. That’s the goal!
