il:lo – List (Original Mix)
The il:lo duo have found their way to Above & Beyond’s Anjunabeats record label with an ethereal and mystical song called “List”. The tune with whimsical melodies and intricate synths marks the debut for Dejan Dejado and Andreas Schultz on the renowned imprint. “‘List’ is a mosaic of small pieces of melancholy and fresh air. There was no plan, no roadmap. We followed our guts and messed around with all the samples we found.”
Though they met in Prague, Czech Republic in 2010, it wasn’t until 2012 that the duo was officially formed, with their first release being a five track EP called “Distances“. The French duo have since put out songs on labels like released on Future Classic, bitbird, Future Archive Recordings, and Loci Records.
