R.Braga & Galluxy – Nobody Else (Extended Mix)
In March, Nicky Romero and Protocol Recordings A&R manager Jorik van de Pol launched a new livestream series on Twitch taking place on the first Friday of the month called demo:drop, where unsigned artists can submit their tracks and receive feedback. The first tune to be signed from the monthly series (demo:drop episode 3) is a dark and progressive house tune with ethereal vocals called “Nobody Else” by R.Braga and Galluxy.
Ricardo Braga of São Paulo, Brazil had impressed me a few months ago with his remix of Alesso and One Republic’s “If I Lose Myself“.
Geof Gallucci from Haute-Savoie, France performed at the inaugural Tomorrowland Winter in 2019 in the ski resort area of Alpe d’Huez in southeast France.
Nicky Romero chose the tune as the Protocol Spotlight on Protocol Radio 463 and played it again on 464, with further support from David Guetta on Playlist 574 and Madison Mars on House Of Mars 112.

Interestingly, both R.Braga and Galluxy have separately released a track from Martin Garrix’s STMPD RCRDS last year. R. Braga worked with Zuffa on “In Love” which was supported by Dubdogz, Zonderling, Justin Mylo, Bingo Players, Yves V, Mr. Belt & Wezol, Firebeatz, DLMT, and Dash Berlin. Galluxy was featured on “Back & Forth” by Cazzette, which has been played by Lucas & Steve, Dannic, Mike Williams, and Blinders.
