deadmau5 & Lights – When The Summer Dies (Original Mix)
deadmau5 and Lights first teamed up in November 2018 to release “Drama Free” from the “mau5ville: Level 2” EP. The two Canadian artists now come together again on the deep and dark “When The Summer Dies”. Right from the start, you know it’s a deadmau5 tune with its bouncy beats and buzzing synths, while the dreamy yet ominous vocals from Lights add another element to the mau5trap release.
So far this year, Joel Zimmerman has put out songs like “Hypnocurrency” with REZZ, “Nextra”. and “Channel 43” with Wolfgang Gartner.
Singer and songwriter Lights Poxleitner-Bokan recognizable vocals can be heard on tunes such as “Hearts on Fire” with Illenium and Dabin, four tracks with i_o on their “444” EP (“Annihilation”, “Run”, “Drift Away”, and “Epilogue”), and “Falling Away” with Seven Lions.
