Pauline Herr – Obsession (Original Mix)

First appearing on NIGHTMODE last October with Moore Kismet on “You Should Run“, Pauline Herr makes her solo debut on the Los Angeles based record label with “Obsession”. The ethereal and dreamy trap tune from the Icon Collective graduate features hypnotizing vocals, atmospheric melodies, and crisp drum beats. The Wisconsin native “aims to be her true self in all of her music, the goal is to produce, write, and record all of her own tracks and pour real, intangible emotion into every aspect of them.”

Herr explains that “This song means a lot to me because I wrote it about someone really special in my life. I’ve never written a love song, so it felt good to create a more uplifting track than my previous, more melancholy vocal and production work.”

The Los Angeles based artist has also worked with other producers like Habstrakt, k?d, Vincent, Fytch, Kaivon, Hex Cougar, Slushii, INZO, Naderi, Heimanu, Twerl, and Juelz.
