James Hype & Tita Lau – Disconnected (Extended Mix)
The first time I heard of James Hype was when I was listening to a livestream set last year when he played his remix of “God Is A Dancer” by Tiesto and Mabel. After that, I knew I had to keep tabs on the talented DJ and producer. The London based artist now teams up with Tita Lau for a bouncy house tune in “Disconnected”. James Marsland and Lau use groovy beats, driving basslines, and alluring vocals in the release from Sonny Fodera’s Solotoko imprint.
The song has been played on the radio shows of Kryder, Moguai, Robbie Rivera, Benny Benassi, Kim Kaey, DJ S.K.T, TCTS, and Leftwing : Kody.
In addition to running his own record label called Stereohype, James Hype has seen his tunes on labels like Insomniac Records, Musical Freedom, Ultra Records, Atlantic Records, Big Beat Records, and more.
United Kingdom based singer, DJ, and producer Lau released her debut solo production single “2×2” last November, with her recent track “In The Groove” put out on Solotoko this past September.
