Psycho Boys Club – Rolling Thunder (Original Mix)

On February 10, 2022 by ocedm

Psycho Boys Club have made their debut on mau5trap with “Rolling Thunder”, and what a proper name for the track to boot. The gripping techno tune features heavy kicks and acid basslines, thanks to their Behringer TD-3 Analog Bass Line Synthesizer. Consisting of Juyen Sebulba and Stoltenhoff, the guys performed their first live show together as Psycho Boys Club at Tomorrowland in Belgium in 2019 and show no signs of slowing down.

Psycho Boys Club say that “‘Rolling Thunder’ is 3 words. Heavy, raw & acid. We made ‘Rolling Thunder’ when we first got our first analog gear, the TD-3, so the acid bass lines are straight from the gear. We were in this cyberpunk/dystopian film frenzy so after watching a few cool films/anime we had this idea to translate what we felt from watching those stuff into a very cold/robotic techno track.”

Label head deadmau5 recently played the tune on his radio show mau5trap radio 176.

Johnathon Nguyen of Dallas and Daniel Stoltenhoff of Denmark first teamed up back in 2016 under their solo names with their track “Banana Ice Cream” from Laidback Luke’s imprint Ones To Watch.

Past songs of Psycho Boys Club have been supported by DJs like Skrillex, Diplo, GRAVEDGR, Showtek, Yellow Claw, Will Sparks, Wuki, Tchami, Zeds Dead, Dillon Francis, REAPER, Lil Texas, and DJ Snake.
