Riot Ten & BERNZIKIAL – Gawt Dat (Original Mix)
With heavy basslines and hard hitting drums, “Gawt Dat” by Riot Ten and BERNZIKIAL manages to go all out in a short period of time. The aggressive and hard hitting release from Los Angeles based Dim Mak Records clocks in at just over two minutes long, but don’t let that fool you from the amount of bass you think you’ll face.
Riot Ten says that “I’d been playing out Bernzikial’s music in my live sets for a while and I knew we’d be able to make something ignorant together. He sent over the idea and it was off to the races. I knew we had a big one!”
The tune was supported by label head Steve Aoki on Aoki’s House 444, with BERNZIKIAL playing it during his guest mix on Dim Mak Studios 138 earlier this month.
A couple years back, El Paso native Chris Wilson released his collaboration heavy “Hype Or Die: Emergence” EP. His tracks have been seen on labels like Kannibalen Records, Bassrush Records, Deadbeats, Disciple, Rottun Recordings, and Never Say Die: Black Label.
