Crafting another progressive house gem is deadmau5 with his latest hypnotizing single called “XYZ”. Clocking in at over nine minutes in length, the mesmerizing mau5trap release with haunting synths and driving beats is definitely worth the wait. Also announced was the “We Are Friends” Volume 11 that is set to be released laster this year, a compilation album series that was launched in 2012.
One of the first times Canadian DJ and producer Joel Zimmerman played the tune was during his set for EDC Mexico back in April and again last month at EDC Las Vegas in his Kx5 set with Kaskade. Markus Schulz, Nicky Romero, Gabriel & Dresden, and Hausman have also played the track.
Next month, deadmau5 will start his We Are Friends tour with support from Nero, as well as Kasablanca, Lamorn, Bensley, BlackGummy, No Mana b2b EDDIE, HNTR, Morgin Madison, and Lupa on select dates.
