aboywithabag – Club Chennai (Extended Mix)
Born in India and now based in Chicago, aboywithabag takes influences from his upbringing and fuses them together in his latest track titled “Club Chennai”. Sai Aditya combines infectious melodies with bouncy beats in his new upbeat single. The song was released through Dim Mak, the Los Angeles based record label launched by Steve Aoki in 1996.
“With “Club Chennai”, I set out to create a club track that combines the essence of old-school Bollywood with modern house music,” explains aboywithabag. “It started with an iconic sample of one of my favorite Bollywood Classics ever “Muqabala “ and I built the track to let the sample shine the record quickly became a crowd favorite at my shows around the world in 2022. I’m so glad it found a home at DIM MAK and excited for everyone to hear it.”
The tune was recently supported by Steve Aoki on Aoki’s House 497.
