OLAN & QRTR – All U Need (Original Mix)
Rising artists OLAN and QRTR have collaborated on a new captivating song called “All U Need”. Georgia native Luzana Flores and New York based Meagan Rodriguez use broken beats and spellbinding melodies combined with OLAN’s mesmerizing vocals. The tune was released from Foreign Family Collective, the record label ODESZA launched in 2015.
“‘All U Need’ started out as a Hudson Mohawke remix we were going to do together,” says OLAN. “I made a draft quickly and at one point we took it to Andrew Bayer’s house and jammed on it a little bit. I was working on the stems in Meagan’s car and I just thought we should make this an original. It all clicked. Megan’s music is really punchy and from there she was able to take what I had which was melodic and cute and she made it punchier.”
QRTR shares that ‘Thematically, ‘All U Need’ is about breaking out of the loop of being in an environment or a relationship that doesn’t work out and meeting someone that’s open to accepting you as you are.’
Both OLAN and QRTR will be joining ODESZA on their The Last Goodbye Tour 2023 this summer and fall. The tour will see them appear at Acrisure Arena in Palm Springs on Wednesday September 20 and North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in San Diego on Thursday September 28.
Multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, producer, and DJ OLAN has played at Group Therapy 500 at Banc of California Stadium, Beyond Wonderland, Create, and Exchange.
Musician, DJ, and film composer QRTR has previously performed at festivals such as Coachella, HARD Summer, Electric Zoo, and Electric Forest.
