SKYLER – Haunt You (Original Mix)

SKYLER has released “Haunt You” as the third song from her upcoming EP. Previously known as Skyler Madison, the Los Angeles based describes her sound as future trap and uses punchy drums with heartfelt vocals in her latest single. With the EP also including “Hit My Line” from January and “Fix Me” featuring Josh Rubin from March so far, the entire set will be released from Canadian record label Monstercat Uncaged.

“This record has a lot of call and response play within the dialogue and melodic composition,” SKZYLER explains. “It’s supposed to insinuate a power struggle that stems from internal conflict. This could be best referenced to the saying, “to love and to let go”. When you love something, but you know you need to let it go, an inner turmoil sparks that can be all consuming, whether that be a person, place, or thing that triggers you to reflect back at the distant memories that metaphorically “‘Haunt You’.”

In July 2021, Icon Collective graduate Vanessa Behrens released her debut five track EP called “Iridescent” from Circus Records. She started DJing in clubs at the age of 18 and made her festival debut at Tomorrowland in Belgium last year.
