Miss Monique – Rebirth EP

While watching Miss Monique’s set for Cercle at the Biosphère Museum in Montreal last October, one of the songs that caught my attention was her entrancing track called “Rebirth”. Seven months later, we have the official release of the tune as part of an EP which also includes “The Connection”. Ukrainian DJ and producer Alesia Arkusha uses crisp percussion with acid stabs and driving basslines in her latest two tracks from Siona Records, the record label she launched in 2019.

Kyiv based Miss Monique recently streamed a 90 minute Special Birthday Podcast 2023 full of melodic techno and progressive house, where she played the title track. Other songs of hers to take a listen to include “Concorde” and “Valhalla” with Sean & Dee.
