VNSSA – Touch Me (Extended Mix)
Once the bassline in “Touch Me” by VNSSA hits, it will be pretty hard for you to not be moving and grooving! Whether it’s at a warehouse, club, or festival, the tune with a pummeling bassline and acid stabs will get the party started in no time at all. It marks the third track that the Los Angeles based DJ and producer has put out on Higher Ground, the record label which was started by Diplo in 2019.
VNSSA says that “My biggest influence on this track was late 90’s dance. I was listening to a lot of Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy, Underworld, Orbital, and Faithless at the time, and I wanted to make something that had that vintage rave feel, told in my voice.”
Earlier this month, Vanessa Barnes opened her radio show Super Creep Radio 004 with the song. Supporters of the tune include The Archer on There Is A Light Radio 036, Bexxie on Livestream 002, and Wax Motif on House Of Wax Radio 087.
On Friday October 13, the Newport Beach native will be playing at Academy LA in Los Angeles as part of her Hell Freezes Over Tour.
