juuku – Still (Original Mix)
juuku released his seven track EP titled “Lavender Dreams and Scarlett Nightmares” back in April and now continues his hot streak with a captivating tune titled “Still”. The summertime vibes are surely flowing in this one with its bouncy beats, warm melodies, and chopped vocals. The song was put out on Steve Aoki’s record label Dim Mak, which he launched in 1996 in Los Angeles.
Of note is that the release date coincides with the anniversary of juuku and his wife. He says “this song is about a time when me and a girl kept breaking up every other week over dumb stuff, but each time something kept drawing us back to eachother. that girl became the love of my life <3.”
