Metrik x ÆON:MODE – Awake (Original Mix)

After meeting at EDC Las Vegas in May, Metrik and Blanke knew that had to work on a track together. The London based artist and Australian native’s ÆON:MODE project have released the result of the collaboration in a tune called “Awake”. The crisp drum and bass song with Metrik’s recognizable vocals was released through Hospital Records, which was launched in 1997 by London Elektricity and Chris Goss.

“When we first met at EDC Vegas earlier this year we insisted a collab had to happen so in July we got in the studio and made Awake,” says Metrik. “The creative energy flowed so effortlessly and we finished the track in under a week. We’re both super proud of this one are very excited to share it with you.”

Tom Mundell has played at festivals such as Leeds Festival, Reading Festival, Hospitality In The Woods, Let It Roll, Tomorrowland, and Rampage Open Air.

Denver based JP Orchison will be performing at Apocalypse: Zombieland 2023 next month at the Queen Mary Waterfront in Long Beach. He has played at other festivals such as Lost Lands, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Beyond Wonderland, and Nocturnal Wonderland.
