Ovadia – Spiral EP
It must be a pretty good feeling when Nora En Pure plays your songs a festivals like Tomorrowland in Belgium and Coachella in Indio. That’s what happened to Ovadia, who is looking to continue his hot streak with a two track “Spiral EP” from Purified Records. The title song uses tight percussion and growling basslines, while “ASDR” features crisp beats and industrial synth stabs. The set was put out on the imprint that Nora En Pure started in 2019 in Switzerland.
Ovadia explains that “When I started creating ‘Spiral’, my goal was to bring out the line of Ovadia’s sound. In the past, I experimented with several genres, and I wanted to give them a place in this EP. I think this is the first EP that I brought 100 percent of myself, and I have loved seeing crowds connecting with it all over the world.”
Israeli DJ and producer Shachar Ovadia first made his debut on the label in June with “Stay Connected”, which was part of the “Purified Fragments XV” compilation.
