Hannah Wants & Jem Cooke – Calling (Extended Mix)

In just over a year, Hannah Wants has released four tracks on the legendary Defected Records, with the latest being “Calling” with Jem Cooke. Crisp percussion and tribal beats are combined with ethereal vocals in their first collaboration together. The song from the two England based artists was put out by the record label launched in 1999 in London by Simon Dunmore. Check out these videos of Hannah Wants playing the tune live!

The single has been played by Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix, David Penn, Futuristic Polar Bears, Bexxie, DJ S.K.T, Hard Rock Sofa, and Monki.

Over the past few years, Birmingham based Hannah Smith has put out tunes like “Hard To Breathe” featuring Hannah Boleyn, “The One” featuring Ara, and “I Don’t Know” featuring Jennifer Jamieson.

Londoner Jem Cooke has had a number of collaborations this year, including “Heavy Heat” with Franky Wah and Paige, “Free” with Majestic, and “Illuminate” with Avoure.
