Bullseye is the name of Insomniac’s latest festival, presented by Basscon. Those in attendance will converge on Friday December 8 and Saturday December 9 at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino for two nights of everything hard dance music. Basscon launched in 2013, so what better way to celebrate its 10 year anniversary with a brand new hard dance event?
