Defected Records is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year with a series of special collaborations from its roster of well known veterans and rising artists. Starting things off are the English powerhouse trio of Hannah Wants, Sam Divine, and Jem Cooke with a captivating house song titled “Cruel Intentions”. The spellbinding tune was put out by the London based record label that Simon Dunmore launched in 1999.

Armin van Buuren, GUZ, Ferreck Dawn, Sam Feldt, Leftwing : Kody, Danny Howard, DJ S.K.T, Judge Jules, Majestic, and TCTS have all supported the track.

Birmingham based Hannah Wants played in Costa Rica, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Mexico in 2023.

Defected Radio host Sam Divine performed around the world in countries like Australia, Malta, Spain, Croatia, and Italy last year.

The vocals of Jem Cooke of London can be heard on songs like “Calling” with Hannah Wants, “Heavy Heat” with Franky Wah and Paige, and “Free” with Majestic.
